I have worked within the Florida Court System for the past 17 years. I have a Masters Degree in Legal Studies. I worked for Child Support Enforcement for the State Of Florida and The Sixth Judicial Circuit in Unified Family Court. I am on the Court appointed  and State Certified Mediator . I am on the court appointed  list in Pasco and Hernando County.

Our Business

We are open 9am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. However, I have evening and weekend hours available for your convenience.

Who  We Are

My name is Darlene Brower I am the owner and Mediator of Helping Hands Document and Mediation .I am pleased to announce this will be our Fourth  year in business and  I  have  completed over 2000 successful mediation's since we have been open .

I realized that mediation was a better alternative. However there were not many Mediation firms in my area, so I opened Helping Hands.   

I understood that there was a need for affordable services for working class people to help with family law issues that were accessible to everyone not just the very poor or the very rich. Especially In today’s ever-changing economy. I am a experienced divorce mediator and compassionate, supportive sole practitioner providing personal attention to every client.

 I also mediate other family matters such as parenting schedules (custody), post-divorce and step family issues.

Divorce is a very emotional and challenging experience that also involves financial, tax, and legal issues, including the preparation of legal documents.  My many years of professional experience and education have prepared me to be a creative, caring and competent divorce mediator. Furthermore, because of this professional background, I provide a comprehensive divorce mediation service so that my clients rarely need to consult “outside” professionals. This saves you time and money, and helps preserve the impartiality and trust which are cornerstones of divorce mediation.
