"Our Company's mission Statement is:
To provide high quality, professional
mediation services for the Tampa Bay Area and all surrounding Countys , at a reasonable cost, in a
cordial and comfortable environment. To
serve the Court and the community in
the resolution of disputes in a timely and
efficient manner, and to instill confidence
and satisfaction in all those we serve.
WHAT IS THE MEDIATOR’S ROLE?
The mediator is not a judge and does not render a decision or impose a solution on any party. Rather, the mediator helps those involved in the dispute talk to each other, thereby allowing them to resolve the dispute themselves. The mediator manages the mediation session and remains impartial.
We are open 9am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. However, I have evening and weekend hours available for your convenience.
When you speak with prospective mediators, you’ll want to consider both their qualifications and your needs. An initial consultation is the perfect opportunity to ask all of your questions and determine whether
there’s a fit.
Here are some considerations to help you assess mediators and find one who’s right for you.
Get referrals or references from other professionals you trust—Clergy, family lawyers, family therapists, accountants, and financial advisors and friend may all be in a position to refer you to qualified mediators.
Mediators you’re considering may also give you names of other professionals who can vouch for their skills.
Look for a qualified professional with whom you feel comfortable—You want your mediator to be a skillful facilitator who helps you define your own choices. Choose someone whom you believe is qualified and with whom you feel very comfortable so you can be as open as possible.
Helping Hands Document Service is here to assist you in this difficult time of your life, which we know are often emotionally difficult and stressful. I provide our clients with complete confidentiality, respect and
perform services within a quick response time. I will show you compassion while assisting you in getting through a difficult experience and will guarantee a high level of customer service.
My name is Darlene Brower I am the owner and Mediator of Helping Hands Document and Mediation . I opened in December of 2006
and have since helped hundreds of couples . In today’s ever-changing economy As your mediator I will try to help restore your ability to communicate and cooperate with your spouse so that you can create a brighter future for yourselves and your children.
A lifelong learner, Darlene participates in ongoing personal development and training courses . She is an avid reader and actively pursues knowledge, understanding and compassion. I believe that conflict can be a tremendous opportunity for growth and transformation. I am passionate about helping couples emerge with new possibilities in their relationships as they create a new family structure. From the time she began mediating in 2006 for my self I had a vision to open a center for divorcing families to find the support and resources needed to help couples navigate the uncertain and often daunting aspects of divorce. Fulfilling on this aspiration and providing the right resources is extremely rewarding to me. Mediating hundreds of couples over the past 5 years, I considers it a privilege to work with families in transition.
