MEDIATION SERVICES FEES

  MEDIATION RATES

Mediation hourly Rate: $100.00 Plus the Cost of papers $200.00 flat fee. 

We can provide the paper work only if no Mediation is needed. 

This rate is all inclusive – there are no hidden fees for documents created, notarization, or any administrative functions.

For prices on Divorce with no children or  property  please call us for more information .

Mediation Rates:

One Hour $100.00

Two Hour $200.00

Half day four (4) hours $400.00

Full day eight (8) hours $ 800.00

All Mediation is charged at the hourly rate

Consultations are generally done on the phone for free.

If you wish a  consultation in my office the fee is for 30 min is $50.00

Dissolution of Marriage with Children or Property  Florida Supreme Court approved Form packet completion.

For the divorcing couples needing help with approved forms from a non-attorney $200.00 Flat rate , without a mediation. If parties need a  Mediation  session the price is  listed below. However not all couples need two hours

of mediation listed below is based on a couple with assets and liabilities that need to be divided and have parenting issues.  

Full Dissolution of Marriage Mediation Packet $400 (5 hours total)

                 - Includes up to Two (2) hours mediation

                 - One (1) hour for review, signing and notarization of documents

                 - Complete settlement agreement (property, assets and - liabilities, alimony, visitation / time sharing Parenting Plan , Quit claim Deeds and special circumstances.)

                 - Completion of required Dissolution of Marriage forms

                 - Child support calculation guidelines

This does not include deeds or QDRO’s

 Location of conference

All parties are notified of the time and location where the Mediation will be held.

Mediations  are typically held at our office at 8282 Sycamore Drive New Port Richey Florida 34654 at a time convenient to all parties.

Mediations held at other locations will be charged for one hour  of Travel Time each way unless this is a Court Ordered Mediation and I was appointed as the Mediator  .

Fee does not include court required filing fees. 

Helping  Hands Mediation. holds the right to make changes as appropriate. 

IF PARTIES ARE REPRESENTED BY ATTONEYS THE FOLLOWING APPLIES :

RESPONSIBILITY OF ATTORNEYS

Notwithstanding the fact that counsel is acting as agent for a disclosed principal, the attorney’s client, in

consideration of the mediator setting aside time to mediate this dispute without requiring prepayment of

fees, each party’s attorney, if any, undertakes also to be responsible for timely delivery of that party’s fees.

PAYMENT TERMS

Unless alternate arrangements are made at least seven calendar days prior to mediation, payment of the

mediator’s fees is due and shall be paid at the conclusion of the mediation conference.

Credit Cards (Master Card & Visa & Discover Card & American Express ) are accepted.

PREPARATION TIME (if applicable)

Review of Pre-Mediation Summary and other documents beyond 15 minutes per party will be billed to that

party at the rate of $100.00 per hour. If the total time of review does not exceed 30 minutes, no fee is

charged. I ask that each attorney send me at leased three days  prior to the mediation a Pre- Mediation Summary and any documents so that I will have a general idea of all issues at hand .    

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of cancellation or postponement of a scheduled mediation conference must be received at least 7 full

business days (intervening weekends or federal holidays excluded) prior to the scheduled commencement

of the mediation conference. Absent such timely notification, the parties will be billed their pro rata shares

of the cancellation/postponement fees as stated above at the top of this document,

 Fees as stated apply unless court ordered   rates dictate different rate, in which case that rate governs.
